Location: Tower of Mischief, located in the Fifth District.
Who Lives Here: Loki
Description: The top floor is Loki's personal suite. It's one of the fanciest and well furnished apartment suites in the district. Very modern and expensive looking; not all that lived in or homey feeling. The next some odd floors directly below that are empty studio apartments--two per floor. The rest are normal, but very classy and large apartments arranged in normal fashion along the hallways.

The bottom floors have been turned into a never-ending maze by Loki's powerful magic. The hallways shift and change as a person tries to find their way upwards and many times find themselves going in circles simply looking for the stairwell that only allows a person to go up one floor at a time. A stubborn person may eventually find themselves back at the lobby of the complex and able to leave. Loki can sense anyone who enters the building and falls into his maze trap, and force the changes at will if he so chooses or otherwise it will simply operate on its own through the spells he set in place.
