The god shifted slightly in his seat and looked at Coulson, truly looked at him, for the first time that evening. Loki had not taken his time in finding the agent of SHIELD, but there were some things that could not go unnoticed in a search. Tentatively, he asked about the most obvious of things he had heard.

"So I am well aware. It is not in your nature. I... have heard some news, also, of fairly recent events in your realm now that I am returned. Thus considering such nature, I wonder... about you... about what you are doing."
