Loki didn't leave the apartment all day in part fear that Barton would attempt to escape somehow. He already knew he was going to get into trouble for what he'd done, he certainly didn't need to loose the archer on top of the impromptu transformation spell he'd cast to turn the agent into a white tiger cub. He didn't mind being stuck inside all day on this particular eve though as the entertainment value provided by Barton's defiant attitude and Raun's eager attempts to get the cub to play with him were priceless.

By the end of the day Raun had begun to settle down and when Loki took a relaxed seat on the couch the kitten was almost instantly there to lie down in his lap. The Trickster god petted idly at the kitten's soft fur as he kept a deceptively lidded eye on the tiger cub.

Coulson would be home soon. Loki couldn't be more overjoyed by the prospect.

"My own personal theory involves someone being slightly less gone than he's leading us to believe, but that's neither here nor there." Coulson walked over to the sweatpants, lying on the floor, and held them out to Clint. "I promise to use my powers responsibly."

He took the pants from Coulson and pulled them on with a little more anger than necessary. "Great. You know what I miss? Being shot at." Not sure where to look, he chanced a quick glance at the ceiling. Loudly, because there was no point in being quiet if Loki was watching, Clint added, "Stupid, Beowulf reject villains."

"The more you know," murmured Coulson, bordering on under his breath. He then raised his voice. "As much fun as I'm sure this little show has been, Loki, I'm also sure that Barton would like nothing better at the moment than to leave and get home. I think he's put up with enough for the moment."

"Sounds like someone right up your alley, Prince of Pissing Contests." He crossed his arms, looking as unimpressed as circumstances allowed. "Barton would actually prefer to get to his friggin' day job so he can shoot something."
